Based in Derby, Martin Watts has held senior positions in the NHS for over 15 years, including managing operations and services for three NHS Trusts in the Midlands region. He has a broad understanding of the complexities involved in running onsite clinical insourcing services and frequently advises Senior Trust Executives and clinicians. Martin has ultimate responsibility for delivering Medacs’ insourcing contracts, supported by a large delivery team of clinical leads, governance and project management experts.
