I am an ST3 Orthopaedic Registrar, former BMA JDC Representative to ASiT and current BMA JDC Co-Chair for Education & Training. I am currently based on the Isle of Wight. I have been working with ASiT over the last year on identifying potential barriers to the implementation to the Extended Surgical Team through a modified Delphi process.
