Neil has 19 years JNJ experience having joined a sales rep in 2002. He has subsequently had the privilege of holding roles across marketing, sales leadership, HEMA, Education & most recently Strategic Capabilities. He been a JJMD UKI UKI board member for the last 5 years. Neil now leads our go to market evolution on Value. Day to day Neil is responsible for our deal making groups such as Strategic Account Management, Service and Solutions, Solution Architects & Digital Implementation. More recently he has led on building our capabilities such as digital marketing and Omni-Channel outreach. Neil is passionate about shaping our market and business as well as creating system wide, equitable access to our technologies. Neil has enjoyed working across all areas of our Medical Device business as well as sitting on various external working groups with organisations such as the ABHI & HMFA.
