Mark manages the cardiothoracic theatres at Harefield Hospital. His passion lies within Human Factors and the “Civility Saves Lives” movement. He actively facilitates sessions within the Heart Lung and Critical Care group of Guys & St. Thomas Trust to train staff on human factors within healthcare and explore how civility can build better relationships within teams.
