Karen is a Trauma and Orthopaedic Registrar on the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital rotation based in North East London. She is the current Culture & Diversity Representative of the British Orthopaedic Trainee Association, working to improve diversity, equity and inclusion in orthopaedics and surgery. She is passionate about promoting surgery as a career for everyone, regardless of background. Karen has interests in major trauma, global surgery and improving trauma care worldwide.
