John developed an interest in workforce and trainee wellbeing since Foundation years as a Representative for his Trust and School at the relevant Committee and Board. He joined the RCS England PRiSM committee carrying on this portfolio of work and currently works as a Specialist Registrar/Clinical Teaching Fellow in Urology.
