Working Party on Sexual Misconduct In Surgery
Greta is a higher surgical trainee, based in the Kent Surrey and Sussex deanery. She spent two years as a National Medical Directors Clinical Fellow working at the BMJ, GMC, Cleveland Clinic London and during the first wave of COVID at NHS England and Improvement. She is co founder of Women Speakers and Healthcare. She is a inaugural member of the Pride In Surgery Forum at the Royal College of Surgeons England, and member of the Women In Surgery Forum at RCS Eng. Most recently she is member of the Working Party on Sexual Misconduct in Surgery, which published a survey into the experiences of surgeons in the UK in regards to sexual harassment, assault and rape. This survey was published in the British Journal of Surgery and garnered international press.
