Farah Bhatti is a Consultant Cardiothoracic surgeon. She read medicine at Somerville College, Oxford and Jesus College, Cambridge and has an MD in xenotransplantation. Farah is passionate about teaching and training and has held many national roles including being a panel member for National Recruitment into Cardiothoracic Surgery, an Examiner for the Intercollegiate Specialty Board and Chair of Women in Surgery at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. She is the RCS England Lead for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well a Council Member and Trustee of the College.
