Emil Hewage, co-founder and CEO of BIOS, has a background as a PhD researcher in Computational Neuroscience and Machine Learning from the University of Cambridge. He was part of the early teams at two deeptech startups, CMR Fuel Cells and Sphere Medical. Emil has also worked with Blackstone Group, Siemens, and McLaren F1. Recognised as an Engineering Leader by the Royal Academy of Engineering and named in Forbes 30 Under 30, his work focuses on leveraging AI to bridge the gap between machines and human biology, co-founding BIOS to pioneer neural healthcare solutions.
