Damilola Jesuyajolu is a junior clinical fellow at Salford Royal Hospital, Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust and the current president of the Surgery Interest Group of Africa. He is A research fellow with the Association of Future African Neurosurgeons, and a past regional lead for the northern deanery under the Neurology and Neurosurgery Interest Group (NANSIG). He is passionate about global surgery, education and research. He has a specialist interest in neurosurgery and his long-term goal is to foster change in the surgical landscape regarding unequal access to quality surgical care.
