Chantelle Rizan is an ENT Research Fellow at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, currently undertaking a PhD seeking to identify carbon hotspots within the operating theatre at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. Chantelle is a Surgical Research Fellow at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and she is a founding member of both the RCSEng Sustainability in Surgery working group, and the Environmental Sustainability Steering Group at her local NHS Trust. Chantelle works closely with the UK Centre for Sustainable Healthcare as their Sustainable Surgery Fellow.
