Catherine Okonkwo spent just under five years a hospital inspector at the CQC before working for the Secretary of State for Health as a media briefer at DHSC during the pandemic. Following that, Catherine worked as a Director of Operations at a surgical centre in the Harley Medical district. Catherine is now a healthcare consultant and the Patient Safety Partner for NHS NEL ICB.
