Ash worked as an Orthopaedic Surgeon for a decade in the NHS and South Africa, plus in Malawi where he was a World Orthopaedic Concern Fellow. He founded MediShout after witnessing hospital infrastructure and operational problems preventing best patient care; for example when he cancelled operations due to faulty surgical equipment or missing stock. MediShout solves such problems by delivering the world’s first 'one-stop' App for hospital staff to report any operational issue whilst using AI to predict future problems. Ash has since become an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow and NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow.
