Alice has chaired the RCSEd Anti-bullying campaign since its inception in 2016. She is keen to promote better workplace behaviour because of the impact it has on patient safety and Alice and the team have created a set of resources and run a series of meetings to help organisations manage this. She has also previously co-chaired the NHS anti-bullying alliance which enabled organisations to pool resources to tackle bullying within the NHS. She is a final year urology trainee about to start a consultant post in South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Trust specialising in renal and prostate cancer.
