I am a consultant head and neck surgeon in Stoke on Trent with a specialist interest in trans oral surgery for the management of oropharyngeal and laryngeal cancer. This has enhanced my knowledge of 3d surgical imaging technologies in theatre and for education. Alongside this I lecture in head and neck anatomy and supervise a number of intercalating MSc students. For the past 11 years I have been an executive for a West Midlands based SME which has accumulated a number of technological accolades over this time ranging from innovations in sport and medical sciences.
