Aditi Siddharth is an Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist trainee in the Oxford deanery. She is a third-year DPhil student at the University of Oxford, in the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences and OxSTaR. Aditi's research focuses on simulation and its use to improve surgical training. In addition to her research, Aditi works closely with OxSTaR's simulation faculty development program to increase the awareness of equality, diversity, and inclusivity issues within medical training and healthcare. She has a TQUK certificate in equality and diversity and has been newly appointed as the postgraduate student representative for the medical sciences division steering group for equality, diversity, and inclusion at the University of Oxford.
