EDUCATION BURSARY

Who qualifies for a free pass to Future Surgery Show?

Future Surgery Show is a partnership between CloserStill Media and The Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS England), working closely with many other supporting bodies across the surgical profession. Healthcare Professionals (including surgeons, wider surgical care team members and trainees) are eligible for an educational bursary giving them free access to the conference and exhibition, worth £499.

Priority access to educational bursaries will be given to members of our association partners (see full list here). These priority registrations must be made before 31st July 2021, after which point, remaining bursaries will be made more widely available

There are only 1,500 educational bursaries available in 2021.

How to Claim your Education Bursary

Association Members

Healthcare professionals who are members of our partner associations including but not limited to; RCSEng, AfPP, ASiT and leading surgical associations including; Surgical Royal Colleges of Ireland, Edinburgh & Glasgow, ASiT , AfPP, CODP, will be given priority access to educational bursaries giving them free access to the conference and exhibition, worth £499.

Non Associations Members

After the 31st July 2021, Healthcare Professionals who are not members of an association but are surgical professionals working within the NHS, private sector, military, academic organisations or secure environments will be eligible for an educational bursary. We encourage you to Register your interest for the show to be notified in August about your place as soon as possible.

Paid for passes

Non-surgical professionals who don’t work within the NHS, a private hospital, military, academic organisations will need to pay the full rate of £499+VAT to attend.
