Let’s Talk Surgery: The RCSEd Podcast has recently launched a new podcast series brought to you in collaboration with the Younger Fellows Group.

The ‘Younger Fellows Series’ will share examples of mentoring interactions from guests and discuss mentoring in practice – what it involves, some of the benefits, and dispel some of the myths. “This remains a crucial tool in practice today,” states the College’s website.

Let’s Talk Surgery: The RCSEd Podcast has been running since 2020 and at time of writing has over 120 episodes. The podcast show shares the latest news from the College, providing informative, educational and entertaining content covering a range of healthcare topics and hosting a variety of expert speakers from the RCSEd membership and beyond.

Alongside the brand new Younger Fellows Series, the show has had a wide range of successful miniseries, including ‘FRCS (Paeds) Beyond General Surgery’, ‘When Things go Wrong…with David Alderson’, ‘Patient Safety Series’, ‘ENT Coffee Room Chat Series’, and more.
