VIO 3 is Erbe's high-end electrosurgical device for universal use which carries on the workstation philosophy. As before, the VIO 3 serves as master module for the workstation system and allows the integration of further submodules. Plasmasurgery (APC 3), hydrosurgery (ERBEJET 2), smoke evacuation (IES 2), suction pump (ESM 2) and irrigation pump (EIP 2). This continues to support and expand hybrid technologies, for example, the combined function of electrosurgery with hydrosurgery. VIO 3 can also be used as a stand-alone unit.
