Train, Retain and Reform are at the heart of NHS England long term workforce plan to not only recover from pressures of Covid 19 but also allow sustainable, safe and timely elective and emergency care. In our talk we will share RCSEng and AoMRC initiatives and current collaborations that brings not only new opportunities for SAS surgeons but also promote SAS career as a viable career choice.
