People CAN make lifestyle changes (nutrition, exercise, etc) and this can halve complications and make more people suitable for day case surgery. They need to know WHY and HOW. Health staff are ideally placed to give simple advice. Similarly, many team-members don't realise how bad their behaviour is. There are simple techniques to improve behaviours and get awesome team working.
