Ensuring Surgery is fit for the future
Mark Henley will describe the development of CBS and what it has to offer Surgery now and in the future.
The Surgical Advisory Service and the first independent professional confidential helpline currently offer practical support to surgeons and anaesthetists at times of difficulty and particularly in dealing with Bullying Undermining and Harassment. We are currently working on developing support for all issues related to the challenges arising from pregnancy and parenthood.
Our role is complimentary to those of the other institutions supporting colleagues in dealing with all the professional and personal challenges they might encounter during their career. We will endeavour to constructively collaborate with any organisation seeking to benefit the surgical community
